Can I split a PDF without uploading it?: Yes. This tool runs entirely in your browser — your PDF files are never uploaded, transmitted or stored anywhere. All processing happens locally on your device, with no data sent to any server.
Can I extract just one page from a PDF?: Yes. Open the Extract pages tab and enter a single page number, for example 5. The result is a one-page PDF you can download immediately — no upload needed.
Can I split a PDF into separate individual pages?: Yes. Use the Split pages tab. Each page is saved as its own PDF file, named page-001.pdf, page-002.pdf and so on. Download them individually or all at once as a ZIP file.
Can I split a password-protected PDF?: Not currently. Encrypted PDFs cannot be split or extracted from. Remove the password from your PDF first using your PDF reader or the application that created it, then use this tool.
Will splitting reduce the quality of my PDF?: No. Pages are copied as vector content — text, images and page dimensions are preserved without re-encoding or converting to images. Note that splitting may invalidate digital signatures, and interactive forms, bookmarks and attachments may not be fully preserved.
